  1. CD REMOTE BUDDY v1.0

  3. This has got to be the quickest util I've written. Error handling is very limited,
  4. it reports one of three results which cover all aspects of the utility.
  5.  
  6. •  It will warn if the CD Remote Programs file is already open.
  7.    (i.e. the "Apple CD ROM Player" is running).
  8.  
  9. • It gives a blanket report if the file can't be saved, however, it won't say why!
  10.  
  11. • It will  warn if it  cannot  open the  CD Remote Programs file, .ie. it  does not
  12.    exist on your hard drive.  This message will also show if the preferances file
  13.    is damaged.

  15. • The output file is viewable in Simpletext.
  16.  
  17. Three carraige returns show a new field the CD title comes first then a <TAB>
  18.  
  19. then the 1st track then a <TAB>
  20.  
  21. then the 2nd track then a <TAB>
  22.  
  23. and so on and so on etc...
